Shipping

 

Shipping to Italy and abroad is done via the Post or Courier, and incurs a variable charge depending on weight, volume, and number of items in the shopping cart. The charge is calculated directly by our e-commerce system; in such a case where either the chosen destination or the amount/type of goods cannot be automatically calculated by the system, it is necessary to contact our customer service to finalise the order.

All deliveries are made to street level.

 


 

DELAYS IN DELIVERY
It is possible that the package may not arrive in the estimated times on the www.couturearte.com website. In that case, the client can contact the Courier or Eugenia Papa to locate the package. Eugenia Papa is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, deriving from delays or failure to deliver the goods.

 


 

RETURNS
If, for whatever reason, the customer is not satisfied with his or her purchase, the goods can be returned within 10 days from the date of their receipt. Eugenia Papa will reimburse only the value of the returned goods, and thus any shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
To return goods from outside the EU, the customer is kindly requested to contact our customer service through the designated form on the contact page. The amount refunded will be minus any import and customs fees.
Necessary conditions to return goods:

− Returns must be requested via the online form on the contact page of the couturearte.com site
− Each item must be returned with all its labels, and the security seal must be intact.
− The returned goods must not have any signs of use or be altered in any way.
− The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, and must be adequately packed.
− All returns must be shipped in the original packaging or in other adequate packaging that is secure and appropriately closed.
− Returned goods must arrive to the office of Eugenia Papa within 8 days of a confirmed authorization to return goods.

Eugenia Papa reserves the right to not accept returned goods should they not comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the returns policy. In such a case, this will be communicated by email, and the customer will be offered the choice of having the gods re-shipped, at their own expense.

 


 

REIMBURSEMENTS
When requesting a reimbursement, the client will receive a confirmation email. The reimbursed amount will correspond to the value of the returned item(s). Eugenia Papa requires up to seven working days to check the goods and subsequently proceed to make a reimbursement.
